All to often we are baraged with images and conversation about the  illusive "fountain of youth".  The airways are saturated with the newest rejuvenation techniques devised to help us retain our youth.  Is it any wonder that we spend so much time and money on beauty aids, gyms, or plastic surgery? The mere thought of getting older creates anxiety within us.  But there doesn't seem to be much fanfare about the expertise gained through the experiences we have along the journey to becoming a senior citizen.  Ok, there I said it the two most dreaded words in the english language, "senior citizen".
