On tonight's episode of The Lady Federalist with Char Sines we will be discussing some of the latest news from this week, with a Constitutional perspective.

Wednesday, March 9th, a new indictment against the Political Prisoners of the Malheur Refuge was unsealed. We'll take a look at these latest charges, and see precisely how they might affect the men women who are charged with them. In addition, we will compare these charges against the Constitution, and determine whether or not they are even lawful.

On Tuesday March 8th, the Deschuetes County Sheriff Shane Nelson and Malheur County District Attorney Dan Norris presented an "invitation-only" press conference at which they revealed the official findings of the investigation of the shooting death of Mr. LaVoy Finicum. Later that day his widow, Jeanette Finicum, presented her response to their press conference and held a short Q&A session afterward. We will discuss both of these press conferences, as well as have a look at the official autopsy report of Mr. Finicum that has been released.
