Terrorism.  The word itself is almost as repulsive as words like incest and nigger.  It evokes an emotional response in most that is vile and defies logical considerations.  So, what exactly, is terrorism?  How should the common American deal with terrorism in a country which experiences the act far more seldom than most other countries?  What can we do about it?
