The libertarian Perspective on What Is In a Word?

It is an election year.  It seems that in General Election years, politicians steal all the limelight.  Often, ballot measures are overlooked during this time of extreme political game playing.  It is important to understand ballot measures in your state in order to understand exactly how your liberties are being taken from you.  More often than not, ballot measures are written in a way that makes them seem as if they are promoting a good action or concept.  However, when you really look at the wording contained within, one finds that the sole purpose of the measure is to take away some freedom or liberty of the People in the name of safety or some such nonsense.
