Talking with Wellness Expert Dr. Elizabeth King

Today we're joined by, Dr. Elizabeth  King is an internationally recognized wellness  expert,  psychotherapist,  hypnotherapist,  author, speaker and  philanthropist. She is the CEO and  founder of the  International Holistic  Center  (IHC),  Suits  Stilettos and Lipstick (SSL) as well  as the non-profit  organization, Women’s  International Holistic  Council  (WIHC). Each company is an  extension of her  dynamic persona and  was  created to empower, educate and  enrich  wom- en in every  aspect  of their lives.  Dr. King is not only  an inspiration to women but to those  that they  love.

Dr. King contracted polio  in the Dominican Republic at the  age  of three  and  since  that  young age,  has  under- gone  36 surgeries and many  extensive periods of recovery.  Despite these  potential setbacks, she  has  never  let anything stop  her  from achieving her  professional and personal goals. She  was  once  told she  would never  walk again and  has  since  taken  the world  by storm.  She is a true leader and  visionary, having  been  honored with  prestigious   recognitions  such   as  the  Hispanic  Women  of Distinction  award and  the  100  Outstanding Women  of Broward County, among  others.
