This three part series from Bhakti Fest that took place in the desert of Joshua Tree, California, September 5-9.

Kia Miller

Under raging storm clouds at Bhakti Fest 2013, Kia Miller tells the story of how Kundalini yoga transformed her life and the importance of courage, commitment, and a “do it anyway” attitude. She shares insights on how yoga not only shifts the body but also naturally alters lifestyle and the importance of keeping your own practice fresh as a teacher to create current, authentic classes for others. She delves into challenges she has faced and why continuously and consciously choosing the daily discipline of a personal practice is essential to growth.
