My Guest this Thursday, October 18 at 3 p.m. PDT/6EDT on MetalSmith BenchTalk is artist Sterling Silversmith.

About Sterling: "I am an Artist; I am currently working Silver and Stone. I do quick sketches for fun. I am Self Employed, Self Taught, and I also write prose thoughts and some poetic ramblings.

I create one of a kind, hand cut stones (mostly turquoise and coral, shell and such), and create hand forged and soldered silver rings, pendants, bracelets, etc. from Sterling Silver...as you may have guessed. I cut and fashion all the stone and shell settings from raw materials. Most of the turqoise here is from the Kingman mine in Arizona. I use only quality materials and quality gauge silver.

Thank you for your attention and appreciation for my efforts of creation."
