Our special guest this week is “Self-Love Author & Speaker” Chantelle Cotton. Chantelle knows what it’s like to feel ashamed, hopeless and unloved. The desire for love and acceptance led her to two teen pregnancies and several emotionally and physically abusive relationships. As a teen and young adult, Chantelle Cotton suffered from low self-esteem, a lack of self-respect and depression. Now, she very candidly offers all of her life experiences, and a double-dose of passion and inspiration to help girls and young women across the country make better decisions and live healthier lives!

 

Chantelle is the Founder and CEO of NSPYRE...Inspiring People to Reach Their Dreams, Inc. She is also the author of Why Do I Say Yes When I Should be Saying No?' and founder of the 'Why Do I Say Yes! program.
