Battling Crohn's disease his entire life, Chef CJ found himself on disability while he was fighting for his life and searching for relief that he thought would never arrive.  He hit a breaking point, and something shifted.  About six years ago he was a chain smoker with no dreams to further his life. The only true love he had was cooking.  “It’s ironic I would be in love with food given the fact that it also has an enormous role in my illness. I love the one thing that hates me.”
