Tamara Eckles is the baker and blogger behind Jem of the South, the place where you “Discover Something Sweet!”  She’s been baking since she was a teen and started Jem of the South in 2010 as a way to share her creativity through baking.  Her adventures in baking have led her down many paths including having her own radio show, hosting dessert events, producing dessert guides and in 2016 publishing her first cookbook, “Let’s Have Brunch!”
