One camp says that dairy isn't for human consumption... PERIOD! They argue that no other animal on the planet continues to drink milk after being weaned and especially not from another species, so why should we? They say it is not healthy. There are even studies that show that in countries with high milk consumption there are also high instances of osteoporosis!
In the opposite camp you have the group that touts the amazing health benefits of organic, raw unpasteurized milk from grass fed cows. The pro-milk group speaks very highly of the myriad of living nutrients that are found in milk and traditionally prepared butter and cheeses.
