What To Do With Your Faith

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised) Hebrews 10:23

• I. Realize the Value of Faith - "Above all, taking on the shield of faith." Eph. 6:16. Faith is of utmost importance to your life. Without faith we not only displease God but we can receive nothing from him.
  • James 1:6-7 "6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord."
  • ?Faith brings strength, safety and security. Its value is beyond estimation. Hebrews 11:6 "6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."
• Recognize the Vision of Faith - "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith." Hebrews 12:2
  • ?Without a vision we perish. Many people want to see results, receiving first and beleiving later. They lack the vision of faith.
