He is Known as a veritable Watchman who would wait on his watch for the Lord to answer. In addition the Faith that we find in Habakkuk and the circumstances he found himself in can mirror our lives today. The importance of Habakkuk is related by Paul who quoted him in Romans 1:17. The just shall live by faith, in the midst of prosperity, in the coming judgment, or whatever occurs. You will stand by faith believing. There is no other choice. The problem here is, for this Prophet and for Judah. Moral depravity and the fruits of past sins come to lay heavy on everyone at this time. Your sins have found you out! Thus the Prophet is Embracing Faith in the Lord during the Judgment which is coming!
