Mother's Brother Hour 3/22/17

Join my friend, Dick Ostrander, and me this week as we discuss Dick's poetry, and how it has been influenced by his travels and experiences with SF, and how poetry has benefited him and what benefits poetry and lyrics and writing in general can offer all veterans and people in general. We will also talk about Tai Chi, and various non-traditional exercise options that veterans should consider, and might even tell some stories about Dick and I as young SF troops.
