Obamacare: Death panels and Euthanasia

Decades ago, Walter Martin warned that if government became involved in life and death issues such as Euthanasia, it would be immoral and unbiblical, and we as Christians would face a terrible choice.  Today, Obamacare is here--the government has claimed power over the life and death decisions of its citizens.  What does this mean for Christians and how can we answer this problem in the light of biblical truth?
