The Spirit of the Age: Defending Jesus in the Last Days

The Bible teaches we are living in the last days, and it is the dual responsibility of the Church to share the gospel of Jesus Christ AND to defend it, a command that often gets lost in the passion for evangelism.  As Walter Martin said for so many years, "There are so many Christians trying desperately to sound good to the world and not offend them for fear that they won't believe the gospel, that they never get around to preaching the gospel....We have been at the end of the ages for more than 2000 years, and it is not unloving to tell people the truth."  Taking on the Spirit of the Age, tonight, on Night Watch.
