When we think about derailment, we think about trains going off the track and the fatal impact it has on the lives involved, and how to get back on track. Tonight we will be talking about what to do when you suffer from success derailment in your own life with Gail MacIndoe. Gail is an accredited executive coach. Master NLP and Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner with a corporate background in both learning and development and marketing. She specialises in a strengths based approach to leadership She is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop their strengths to achieve improved performance and well being. She has designed and delivered a number of highly successful coaching, mentoring and leadership programmes. Raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Gail studied psychology in France before working in public relations and marketing in the Middle East, USA and Africa. Since returning to the UK 13 years ago, she completed an MBA and retrained as an executive coach. A contributing author to 'A Career in your Suitcase' a guidebook for women on the move and ’A Coach’s Story”, Gail is currently writing a book aimed at helping high achievers to recover fast from derailment at work.
