She traces her interest in coaching back to high school years when she “coached” groups of peers and friends. Began her own journey in personal development at the age of 17 attending seminars and personal development workshops hosted by Frank Ofosu-Appiah (founder of Living Springs International and All Nations Church in Atlanta, Georgia). Her very first speech was at the age of 17. Since then she has dedicated herself to continuous professional development by reading, attending seminars and listening to other motivational speakers.
