This morning on Wake up Knoville our guest is Marion County Assessor Drew Sanders. Drew will be addressing the increase in commerical propertyassessment this past few years as well as informing us on how the increases have taken place and why. We will also find out if there will be any increase in residential property taxes in the near future and if they will be increasing the assessment value on commercial property again in the near future.
