Lessons Learned from Hurricane Sandy

Government is not capable of helping millions of disaster victims. 

It never has.  

And it never will.

Go back 50 years, people did not look the government to save them from every bad situation, small or large. 

The culture of government dependency actual makes disasters worse, since people think they do not need to prepare.
