On this episode of the VIP Ignite podcast, your host Deneen White is excited to introduce you to Kayle Clay, one of VIP Ignite’s newest Inner Circle members. Kaylie is 18 years old and hails from Louisana. She has been dancing since she was three years old, and competing with multiple dance teams since she was 5 years old which has given her a mental and physical strength that she needs to be successful in the entertainment industry.
Working as a waitress has provided Kaylie with proper etiquette techniques to appeal to many diverse or complicated situations concerning business or people. Every customer is like a different act, each treated as a unique new role. In this industry it is important to read people’s energy within the first few minutes of communication. When some may need a laugh and others would just like someone to talk to. If given a chance to entertain my goal is to continuously impact others positively.
