Tonight Vince is joined by prison support activists Sue Crabtree (@Free_Hammond) and @allshiny (Suicide Girls) to discuss the status of imprisoned activists Jeremy "Anarchaos" Hammond of #AntiSec and Mark "Migs" Neiweem of the NATO 5.

A letter campaign is underway to provide letters of support for Jeremy Hammond prior to his sentencing on November 15th. Hammond has accepted a plea deal with a statutory maximum of 10 years.

As part of his plea deal, Hammond admitted his role in eight hacks beyond the one count of violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. These admissions will be used by the federal government to add points to his offense level and increase his sentence.

The campaign seeks to send the court letters asking for leniency. Letters must be mailed or faxed so they arrive by October 15th.

Meanwhile, Mark "Migs" Neiweem is an activist currently serving time in Cook County jail after pleading guilty to attempting to purchase materials to make a pipe bomb around the time of the NATO summit in Chicago.

Migs is set to be released in a few months after recently being put in solitary confinement for nearly two months for possession of Anarchist symbols.
