It's Monday and life goes on... as does the Steubenville rape case. Tonight's guest is Lee Stranahan who will call in to give us an update. Lee has been on the ground in Steubenville investigating the story for an upcoming article. He will share with us his findings and give us a sense of where the case stands and the extent to which Anonymous has helped/hurt the cause for justice in Steubenville.

Also, the Internet mourns the loss of tech activist and Reddit co-founder Aaron Swartz who committed suicide last week. Swartz, who suffered from depression, faced 13 felony charges, including wire fraud, computer fraud and unlawfully obtaining information from a protected computer for accessing nearly 5 million articles from a computer archive at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The Internet has been in an uproar over Swartz's death. Many of his supporters accuse the prosecuting US Attorney of bullying and are calling for his head. Some of the same supporters accuse the FBI of committing acts of terrorism against the 26 year old Swartz.
Not missing a beat, Anonymous took down and defaced MIT related websites in a show of support for Swartz. Anonymous has also launched #OpAngel to counter Westboro Baptist Church's planned picketing of Swartz's funeral.
