On This Episode of The Beautiful Butterfly Radio Show, We Welcome Authors of " The Shadow In My Eyes" Deborah Rose & Charron Monaye, which traces a10-year journey that began when a young girl is sexually assaulted by a police officer.

Meet Our Guests:

Author Deborah Rose:  Deborah has been in law enforcement for the past 10.5 years, (8 years as a police officer and 2 ½ corrections officer), and has received extensive training in the areas of corrections, narcotics enforcement, and police patrol. She was a member of the Northwest Task Force, which covered the 35th, 14th, 39th, 5th districts. Ms. Grooms has been decorated 2 times for outstanding performance in the line of duty. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management from Bellevue University. Ms. Grooms is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. In her spare time, she loves to travel, attend networking events, and motivate others though sharing her story. She currently works for the Philadelphia Police Department and in training to become a financial educator with Primerica. 

Author Charron Monaye:  

Charron Monaye is a writer who is not afraid to pen the thoughts, feelings, and truths that many hide out of fear.  Her body of work spans over two decades to include: five published books, two produced stage plays, former contributing writer for CNN IReport, and content writer. In addition to building her own empire, she has helped many entrepreneurs build their businesses and brands through her personal coaching, publishing services and motivational books.
