Have we as a country, a society taken steps backwards in segregation and discrimination? No one knows if the "seeminly normal" person standing next to them at the urinal or in the stall is a pedophile or sex offender, so why do we need to know if that same "seemingly normal"person is transgender. Question. Why do we need to know? Next Question. Should we compare transgender rights to the struggles of the Civil Rights Movement.
