Today's topic is "Bomboard" My special guests today are John West and Anders Stubkjaer.  John West founded BomBoard, developed the first prototypes and filed the first BomBoard patents. He has strategic vision and CEO experience from previous experiences. John twice before has introduced new innovations and saw how successful new products and strong market pull can catapult the sales of a company in a short time.  John got his business start with Numeridex, Inc. where he became the EVP and introduced the first microprocessor based numerical control programming terminal. He grew the company from $0.4 million to $28 million over eight years.  John started Cimlinc, Inc. in 1988 and was the founder, Chairman and CEO for 20 years. Cimlinc, Inc. was the world’s first engineering workstation based on a mechanical CAD/CAM system. They received $26 MM in venture capital from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) and others. Cimlinc, Inc. grew from zero to $35 million in sales with 280 employees in two years. John Doerr of KPCB was on the Board of CimLinc, Inc. for 10 years before CimLinc was sold to Boeing. KMPG awarded John West, Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999.  Anders is an experienced COO/CFO/Administrator of start-ups and midsized companies. Prior to BomBoard, he was the COO/CFO of S&S Cycle where he led the successful turnaround of the power sports company that specializes in making go-fast parts for American v-twin bikes. Anders helped S&S Cycle to grow again by focusing on new customers. The net result was 40% growth in the last year.  Previously, Anders was the CFO of a $700 million division of publicly traded Spectrum Brands and CFO of a private equity sponsored firm that grew from $0 to $100 million in a few years while raising $30 million in equity and mezzanine debt.   http://bomboard.com/
