Also we will screen their phone numbers and temporary store each callers phone numbers so any troll that uses hate speech or threats against Manning will be reported to the police. We care about privacy so if nobody threatens Manning or says hateful things to him the numbers will be erased using an erasing software Gutmann Method plus extra overwrites. #5: The questions must be relevant to the Manning Trial, and about his pursuit against Obama.
