This evening we must focus on the horrific murder of Mollie Tibbetts allegedly by an illegal alien from Mexico whose actual entry data and identity are uncertain. This case exemplifies all that is wrong with our immigration system that should protect national security and public safety but fails abysmally. Tonight I will explain why we should think of all of these failures as being “Failures by design” for which he leaders of both political parties bear total responsibility.
