First, Brian opines on the 2010 Census, yea, I know, we have done this before but we need to do it again. Then as always, the Ups and Downs for the week. For the next couple of weeks we are going to read from old issues of the Freeman. Why? Because they may be old, like the Constitution; but they are timely subjects.
