Catherine Spence is an Enterprise Architect (EA) and PaaS Lead for Intel IT’s award-winning Cloud Computing program. Her technical focus includes SaaS and PaaS, client-side virtualization/streaming, and real-time applications. Catherine has published a number of papers on cloud computing and has won an industry EA award for Architectural Excellence. At Intel since 1996, she has also served as Computing Director, Consulting Practice Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. She holds degrees in engineering, computer science, and software engineering from Trinity College and Harvard University.

Ganesh Padmanabhan is a Senior Manager of Product Management & Planning at Dell Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). He is currently responsible for Dell’s converged infrastructure and cloud solutions portfolio with products like Active System and vStart. In this capacity, he leads the strategic product planning and product management for these solutions. He had been one of the original members of the VIS product marketing team, which helped incubate and launch the first set of enterprise software products for Dell. He has been with Dell for six years and has held a variety of roles in engineering, product development, and marketing, with products like the VIS Creator, AIM, Dell PERC controllers, and PowerVault Storage.
