Break the Chains that Bind you in a negative way to others. Through the process of Forgiveness, you can free yourself to create healthy connects with those you love. We will discuss ways that you can let go of the past and release the old baggage which is weighing you down and getting in the way of enjoying life. When we do not forgive, our emotions are triggered in negative ways. We can become depressed or view life through the fog of the negativity that we are holding onto. We become like a ping pong ball, easily batted around, never finding peace. These old issues can impact our heart, lungs, and other areas of the body. Forgiveness is the gift that you give to yourself. Listen and find out more!
