Ever since I was a child, I see and hear how hard it is for Black people to find jobs. Black people are also being paid less for the exact same work as their white counterparts. Whenever the topic of creating your own business not only for yourself, but to hire qualified Black people, we (as a people) get quiet all of a sudden. Excuses are made and our people will keep trying to plug a square peg into a round hole. I will have special guests in David Anderson (owner of iBrand U) and Ronin Martin as we discuss why Black people are afraid to start businesses. We will also discuss solutions and tips on how to get started. We'd love to hear from you Sunday March 13th, 7 PM EST/4 PST and the call in number is (347) 850-1065
