Black People: Have Your Lives Improved Under Pres. Obama's Presidency?

Barack Obama being elected president was known as a seminal moment for our nation. It was supposed to be a sign of a post-racial America. I remember Black people celebrating the election and re-election of Barack Obama. We expected change for the better, but what Black people received are suggestions; where as other groups received legislation that favored them. I know President Obama is not the President of Black people, but our plight has actually worsened. I want to ask every Black person who calls in and in the chatroom if their lives improved under President Obama.
