When Moses (by God's command) first went to Pharaoh to tell him to let the Israelites go, things didn't go the way Moses thought they would. Things got more difficult for the Israelites instead of better, and Moses got discouraged. But this didn't make God's Word invalid or not true. It just meant that the Israelites' deliverance would come in God's time, God's way. Our faith and belief in God's word doesn't depend on our circumstances. If God spoke it, we can trust it and take it to the bank. It will come to pass, just as it says in Isaiah 55:10-11. God's word will accomplish that which God pleases. Join us today at 4:00 pm as we talk about Moses and the surety of God's Word.
