Are We As Believers Sensitive To When God Is Trying To Get Our Attention?

God got Moses attention in Exodus chapter 3 by the Angel of the Lord appearing to him from out of the midst of a burning bush. When Moses drew closer to see, God called unto Moses and revealed to Moses what God wanted him to do, which was to bring the children of Israel out of the bondage of Egypt. I believe that God uses different things in our lives to get our attention, but the question is, do we recognize when God is doing it?
