In Genesis chapter 45 Joseph revealed himself to his brothers and forgave them completely, and unconditionally. To us it may not seem like Joseph's brothers deserved it, but we have to understand as believers that we don't deserve the forgiveness the Lord Jesus Christ gives to us either. Joseph recognized that all things were working for his good, and for the will of God to be done. It was God who worked through what Joseph's brothers did to get Joseph to Egypt so Joseph could be a type of savior to the whole world.
