True Voice Media Host KC talks with listeners about Flash Mobs. These are large groups of teenagers sending text messages to each other to meet in one location.It has been as many as 100 teenagers running rampede destroying property and assualting store owners or people caught in the middle of the mobs destruction.City Officials are telling parents they need to be more responsible for their children and to disicipline them.The Police feel that once they get to these teenagers its to late.City Officials also feel that parents need to be held accountable for their childrens actions even though the parents may have had good intentions when sending their children off to school.City Officials now want to put court cost and fines on parents.
