What Makes People Dynamic?

We have talked about being dynamic in the past - and now we arepicking up where we left off.  Todays podcast will define some ideas to make you dynamic!  If you are on the sidelines wondering what you can change up or start doing to be dynamic- then I will share some ideas on some things to try.  Other people have different ideas, and thats ok- I will only speak on my own experiences or observances.  Bring a notebook and a pen.  Get ready to change your life and catapult yourself into a whole new arena!
