Jessica believes that ALL of you matters, and that you will magnetize people when you embody the true you. She knows what it’s like to feel afraid of being seen for who you really are. She spent many years hiding, holding back and pretending to be someone who she thought people would like… until she hit her limit on this painfully unfulfilling path and decided something had to change.

In a few short months, Jessica went from feeling afraid to show up at networking events because she believed she didn’t belong and being absolutely terrified of public speaking, to becoming a networking rock star and speaking on multiple stages in front of large rooms full of people.

Blending her coaching and counseling background, her astute intuition and her own 180 degree transformation, Jessica now serves as an expert catalyst for women to spring out of the dark and into their own spotlight. Jessica loves helping women gather the gumption to break out of the box and dive into the unknown (because that’s where the MAGIC happens!), all while feeling safe and supported.

Through speaking and coaching, Jessica guides and empowers heart-centered women entrepreneurs to embrace their full selves, including the shameful parts, so they can own their authenticity, cultivate inner freedom, and go from hiding in the shadows to fully showing up, standing in their brilliance and SHINING in business and in life.

Jessica received her training through the Interchange Counseling Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She holds a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
