It’s the Me Time Movement! 

As The Treat’s hostess, Jess takes her personal experience of transforming from the “Yes Girl” and experiencing excruciating stomach pains from stress, to Miss Me Time, inspiring other busy, professional women to own their true desires, clearly communicate what they really, really want and say “No” without feeling guilty, so they can say “Yes” to numero uno.
