Today we are going to speak with Susie Coston

Farm Sanctuary’s National Shelter Director

Susie joined Farm Sanctuary in March of 2000.

Previous to that she worked for a veterinarian and at a Sanctuary in west Virginia.

She earned her Masters degree in special education and worked with kids with disabilities. (not an easy job).

As a committed farm animal care giver for more than a decade, Susie  Coston  has been a mentor for many of her peers (who have started their own sanctuaries throughout the US)

and is well-known for bringing// the animals' stories of love, loss and life to the public.

Currently, she oversees a full department of caregivers, feeders, cleaners, and project workers at the New York Shelter, ensuring that hundreds of animals are given the best possible care at every stage of their lives.

Frank Ferrante is a Radio Producer and host and has been producing radio shows for 8 years.

He has also produced many Tv commercials and documentaries.
