Sharing the Wonderful Benefits of Agility, Tracking and Leadership Development with our Fury friends!

Fran's Baars started On The Trail  in 2002, when he realized that his "corporate" life wasn't satisfying to him on any level, other than the financial one. What started as a small group of friends dabbling in search and rescue tracking soon grew into a flourishing organization, teaching tracking and agility classes all over Alberta.

After a year the Leadership Development branch of our business took flight, resulting in a whole new paradigm in team building and leadership development work, using the dynamics that show up between animals and humans as a starting point on the road to improved leadership qualities through personal insight.

In all our work – including the tracking and agility - we look first at this dynamic and where the lessons for us are; then, always respecting the integrity of the dogs, we work towards insight and learning. It's the best job in the world for me and a unique opportunity for you to realize just how much we are connected to our animals.

In their show Radio Pets Keri Davis and her host Frank Ferrante will be interviewing leading experts in a variety of fields where humans and animals work side-by-side. Tune into their weekly show on Friday at 11:00 ET

Keri has trained through the Institute of Integrated Sciences, in the HUNA™ program (Humans Understanding Nature and Animals) which is based on the philosophy that all life is connected and cannot be separated.

Frank Ferrante is a Producer and host. Frank has produced Radio shows, TV commercials, and documentaries. Frank has done research and studied animal issues for the past 6 years.
