Host Todd Weaver welcomes Tim Rhode to the show. Tim is the master of transitioning your life. Tim shares his life’s journey and the story of his nationally recognized and incredible nonprofit 1Life Fully Lived. Tim’s future was not always bright. After his parents divorced and some turbulent teen years Tim barely graduated high school. At 25 he was a part time grocery clerk painting addresses on home owner’s curbs to get diaper money for his young kids. Then he found his “niche” selling Real Estate. By 40 Tim had retired from selling Real Estate after having averaged over 200 homes per year. After 15 years as an agent, he reincarnated himself into mainly a Real Estate investor, and ski bum. Today Tim and his family live a lifestyle most can only imagine. He recently became a founder and partner in a successful Mastermind adventure travel business called Gobundance.
