The Power of the Parable (Pt. 2)

Jesus taught almost exclusively by the use parables. As followers of the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth we must recognize that since the parables were the main method by which Jesus imparted the Gospel of the Kingdom of God they must be vitally important. It is through the study and understanding of the parables that we are able to understand and gain insight into the mind of Jesus.  Are the parables timeless keys to the kingdom or are they just quaint bedtime stories. Parables are powerful!
