Justice Waiting to be Served: The Mistrial of Michael Dunn

American Vernacular discusses the role of racism in the American justice system and how it is unevenly applied and how legislation such as "Stand Your Ground" and "Stop & Frisk" as well as unchecked police brutality has created a climate of overt hostility and violence towards American Blacks and with little intervention from the religious or world community.  Could the United States be headed towards a second holocaust of her own?  The Mistrial of Michael Dunn in the murder of Jordan Davis and his guilty conviction on four counts of attempted murder, as well as similar killings, is potentially a real wake up call to those who want to live without racism, intimidation and guns.
