Looking for happiness and personal peace outside of oneself can be so frustrating and ultimately disappointing. My desire for this show is to share the information and tools I have learned about forgiveness and compassion in hopes that my research and quest these last few years can help those of you who are struggling and who would like to be living a more peaceful, meaningful, and enjoyable life. My hope is that these tools will help you find your peace, and the happiness available within your own being, even in the face of life's challenges-or should I say especially in the face of life’s challenges. I believe that there are 4 steps to personal peace: Self-Acceptance,Clearing Your Past, Forgiveness and Compassion and Raising Your Vibrations. This show is part 2 of forgiveness and compassion. But before we get into the show lets see if you earned your seat. If you think self acceptance is not an issue for you-do this simple exercise. What happens if you close your eyes and say: “I forgive myself” and really think about the words. Say it a few times. See what comes up when you say: “I forgive myself, but…” Can you discover what the “but” is? What thoughts came up? What would happen if you really, really forgave yourself – right now? Repeat the exercise with: “I forgive (fill in the blank)” Lack of forgiveness, holding on to anger, resentment, guilt , shame often cripples us and leaves us without any hope of inner peace. How is it possible to forgive the unforgiveable-How do you forgive yourself? At the very end we include a 5 minute clip of Om Mani Padhe Hum my favorite forgiveness and compassion chant and meditation. Call TransformativeLifeSolutions today at 888.848.7406
