Thomas F. (Tom) Reaoch is an American and permanent resident in Campinas, Brazil. He has extensive business experience as an executive in Brazil and in companies with different cultural origins: Gindler Dampa (Brazilian, Danish), Hunter Douglas (Dutch), Feeling Structures (Brazilian) and Alcoa Aluminio (American) as well as experience as a consultant at Rievers & Gussin (Brazilian, American).Founder and CEO of RC Invest and also founder of Over 60 CEO, Tom offers Business and Executive Coaching as well as Cross-cultural training to Ex Pat executives and is an active member of the InterNations Campinas Ex Pat community.

Tom is a founding member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Campinas where he earned the title of King of Networking having and served for two terms as a member of the Board of Directors and presided over several committees,In 2009 founded and hosted The Talk 2 Brazil internet radio program which was broadcast worldwide through LA Talk Radio, Los Angeles, CA. Talk 2 Brazil is the world´s only English language radio program about Business in Brazil and through which Tom has expanded his business relationship network to a global level.

Tom is a professional speaker on topics relating to Networking, Business Relationship Management, Personal Branding, Motivation and Leadership,  fluent in English and Portuguese, author of the book in Portuguese: Seja executivo e nao executado! (Be an Executive and not Executed!) Personal and professional planning for all ages.

Tom is also a breast cancer survivor.
