Ralph Scott, a charismatic and powerful force to be reckoned with, is the Program Director and Co-Founder of the Black Hollywood Education and Resource Center, also known as BHERC, and he is also the Co-Founder of "Visual AIDS: A Cinematic Look at the HIV/AIDS Epidemic. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Producer of the BET Show Lens on Talent: Johnson + Johnson Presents a Filmmaker's Challenge, along with Black Stories, a documentary showcase both in fourth and third year of production for BET and BETJ, soon to be Centric. For more than 15 years, Ralph has been very instrumental in the promotion and exhibition of non-stereotypical African American images. He has taken it on as his mission to empower filmmakers that have a very non-"Hollywood" approach to black life on film. So much so, he even has a worldwide e-mail list of Black Filmmakers to further unify their strength. awareness.
