Kreative Kulture Presents "Put Some RESPECK on IT!"

Don't you put Baby in the corner!!!! Birdman had a temper tantrum on his visit with The Breakfast Club that went viral shortly after it touched down on the internet. And, we loved it! Anthony Hamilton and The Hamiltones hit the note on the head by shortly releasing a video of them singing "Put some RESPECK on it," in perfect harmony...Respeck is the new thing!! Keep the memes in rotation, people! 

On Kreative Kulture this week, we are taking it back to the old school R-E-S-P-E-C-T (Thank you Aretha Franklin for successfully teaching everyone in the world, other than Birdman, how to spell that!)  by honoring some of the people we respect, talking about who (and what) taught us to respect, self-respect (or lack thereof), and what doesn't deserve respect. Like saying, "Respeck."

There are awesome people in our lives and in the poetry/arts community that deserve respect. And, yes, we are going to make fun of Birdman, but, we are gonna show some respect to the people who deserve it, play tracks from well-respected artists we know, and discuss respect in all of it's forms.
