Patty DeDominic is an extremely successful entrepreneur who in 1979 founded PDQ Careers, an HR consulting company that provided executive search and staffing solutions to organizations like AT&T, USC, Children’s Hospitals, The Automobile Clubs of California, Arizona and Texas and many smaller enterprises and government. In 1991 she acquired CT engineering and grew it into one of California’s top employers with over 600 staff in 30 states. In 2006, she sold her businesses to a privately held firm that is now over one billion dollars in annual sales and one of the nation’s largest human resources/staffing firms. She’s been named CEO of the year by LA Business Journal, was inducted into the Women’s Business Owners Hall of Fame, is the former Chairperson of the Foundation for SCORE, and was the former President of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
